I've actually helped several clients and Asana Assistant students with this You absolutely do not need two separate Asana accounts if you have two separate businesses. Teams and color coding are going to be your be-all, end-all, do-all!! It's hard for me to give set up and organization recommendations without knowing more about your businesses. But if you join Asana Assistant, I can help you figure it all out!!

In reply to Vanessa Barthelmes. Hi Vanessa! I would have to know what calendar or app you're using to tell you specifically. But usually there is a plus sign somewhere in the reminder area. Hope that helps!!

I have my new planner & I’m ready to begin using it. (I went with the weekly version vs. daily — for now.). What do you use the “monthly” calendar for in your planner – most of my important dates are on my digital calendar.
